The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on bx999:

Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• The name, mobile number, date of birth, and all other details provided during registration must be completely accurate and belong to you.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household address or device is prohibited.

KYC Verification

Bx999 may request identity verification at any time. This may require you to submit a scanned copy of one of the following valid documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with verification, or the discovery of false information, will result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions on bx999 are secure and transparent. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit

• Bx999 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• The payment method and name used for deposits must match the name on your account.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by the user's membership tier. Higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Bx999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, typically 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed before any withdrawal can be made after claiming a bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or IP address.
• Bx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members is available on the first deposit only and does not apply to subsequent deposits. A specific code or option may need to be selected to activate the bonus.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bx999:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of any related bets will be determined in accordance with bx999's own rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bx999 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a selection in a parlay or combo bet is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.

For casino games, each game has its own rules, which can be found in that game's information section. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage is published for all games.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bx999 platform:

• Fraud: Creating an account or conducting transactions using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illegal funds or income through the platform.
• Bot & Automated Software Usage: Placing bets or playing games using any script, bot, or automation tool.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated Betting: A group of people colluding to place coordinated bets and exploit the system.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Abusive Behavior: Threatening or using abusive language toward support staff or other users.

If any such activity is detected, bx999 is obligated to immediately close the account, confiscate the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Bx999 treats the security and privacy of your personal information as a top priority. Data collected at registration is used solely for the following purposes:

Setting Your Own Limits

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need an extended break from gaming, you can close your account for a set period.

Bx999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions
• False Identity or Misrepresentation
• Failure or Refusal to Complete KYC Verification

• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Users may also request account closure at any time. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no Terms & Conditions have been violated, the funds will be available for withdrawal. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.

Complaints Process
